Balša Božović is a civic activist and policy expert based in Serbia, with extensive experience in democratic governance, regional cooperation, and youth empowerment in the Western Balkans. He is the founder and director
of the Regional Academy for Democratic Development (ADD), a regional civil society organization focused on promoting democratic values, social justice, and green transition. Božović is also an associate at the Center for
Western Balkans Studies (CWBS), contributing to research and policy analysis on European integration and democratic resilience. He previously served in public office but has since transitioned fully into the civil sector. He regularly speaks at international conferences and has authored several publications on democracy, reconciliation, and sustainable development.
