Prof. Dr. Branislav Radeljic United Kingdom

Branislav Radeljić is a professor of political science with a focus on Europe and the Middle East. He has taught for many years in the United Kingdom, and more recently held academic positions in Turkey and the United Arab Emirates. In addition, he has undertaken numerous visiting appointments across Asia, Europe, and North America.

As a consultant, Branislav has conducted research and provided specialized services to a wide range of clients, including governmental institutions and non-governmental actors. His work encompasses in-depth analyses of governance regimes, institutional transparency and accountability, as well as prospects for increased citizen participation.

As a court expert (registered in the EU, United Kingdom, and United States), Branislav has prepared reports and provided testimony in legal proceedings related to asylum, refugee, and immigration matters. His expertise covers countries of origin including Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Russia, Serbia, Turkey, and the United Arab Emirates.

Branislav’s work on artificial intelligence is focused on policy and governance, with a particular interest in addressing bias, risk, and accountability within AI systems. He is especially concerned with the societal implications of AI technologies and the ways they can be regulated to ensure ethical and fair outcomes.
