The ADD team consists of individuals who implement our activities, lead programs, are responsible for project implementation, and make strategic decisions regarding the organization's work.
Executive Committee The Executive Committee is composed of distinguished individuals from each of the Western Balkan countries who do not participate directly in the activities of ADD, nor are they involved in the governance of the organization. Acting in their personal capacity, they contribute their knowledge and experience to help ADD respond more effectively to the challenges facing the region and to achieve its goals.
