ADD’s vision is the creation of a progressive society founded on peace and reconciliation, democracy, and sustainable development, where every citizen actively contributes to social justice, transparency, and environmental sustainability. We strive to build an inclusive society in which human rights and equality are guaranteed for all.

Objectives

Our activities are focused on achieving the following objectives:

STRENGTHENING A CULTURE OF DIALOGUE

through platforms and programs that enable citizens to stay informed, engage in discussion, and actively participate in decision-making at the local, national, and regional levels.

PROMOTING TRANSPARENCY AND ACCOUNTABILITY

through campaigns and initiatives aimed at good governance, strengthening the rule of law, increasing the transparency of public institutions, and ensuring the accountability of public officials through advocacy and monitoring.

PROTECTION AND PROMOTION OF HUMAN RIGHTS

through educational and advocacy activities aimed at promoting and safeguarding human rights, with a particular focus on marginalized and vulnerable groups.

FOSTERING SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT

through projects and policies that promote environmental sustainability, including renewable energy sources, biodiversity conservation, and pollution reduction.

JUST CLIMATE AND ENERGY TRANSITION

through projects that promote an intersectoral approach by involving all relevant stakeholders in the development of solutions and policies.

PEACEBUILDING AND RECONCILIATION

through initiating dialogues aimed at reconciliation and peacebuilding among communities previously in conflict, with the goal of establishing lasting peace and good neighborly relations.

DEVELOPMENT OF INCLUSIVE POLICIES AND A PARTICIPATORY POLITICAL CULTURE

through advocacy for policies that promote social inclusion, equality, and access to opportunities for all citizens, without discrimination.

EMPOWERMENT OF WOMEN AND YOUTH
