Our Mission

To promote culture of dialogue and development of democratic processes through policy making based on participation of all stakeholders through regional approach of developing policies that will be implemented, regionally, nationally and locally.

Our Vision

Our vision is SEE region as a peaceful, democratic and modern society of free, equal and active citizens. It is a joint project of the countries of the region which share the same agenda. There is no room for prejudices, extremism, eve—lasting conflicts and wars in the future of the region as we see it.

MULTI-ETHNIC COEXISTENCE AND TOLERANCE

This is the key feature in order to achieve sustainable peace in the region.

EDUCATION

In order to achieve this, substantial changes need to be made in the education field.

INNOVATION AND LEADERSHIP

New generation of leaders in all spheres of the society is needed, and it has to be built through various programs.

GOOD GOVERNANCE

Good governance is key precondition for including citizens in political processes and greater political participation.

INDEPENDENT INSTITUTIONS AND RULE OF LAW

There can be no sustainable peace or democracy without rule of law and strong institutions.

GENDER EQUALITY

Women are key part of the society and they need to be empowered and truly equal part of it as well.

SECURTTY

Security in the region is one of the most prominent features in peace-building process.
