Marking the International Day Against Fascism and Anti-Semitism
Regional Academy for Democratic Development is marking November 9th – International Day Against Fascism and Anti-Semitism, by gathering at the corner of Njegoševa and Aleksa Nenadović street on Tuesday at 4 PM in cooperation with Youth Initiative for Human Rights.
We believe that our most important fight today is the resistance against growing hatred and warmongering propaganda in public space – and we invite you to symbolically start a new phase of such fight on Tuesday, November 9, by removing the mural of the war criminal Ratko Mladić from downtown Belgrade and committing to being even more active in solidarity to fight for peace and regional reconciliation in these difficult times.
This event is organized with the support of the regional network of the Youth Initiative for Human Rights and the European Fund for the Balkans, joined by Women in Black and other organisations and individuals.
